Harry Cole was the manager of the Little River Redwood Company, which merged with the Hammond Lumber Company to form the Hammond and Little River Redwood Company. Cole was born in Canada and came to work for the company when it was organized in the early 1910s. He headed the logging, milling, and marketing operations until the merger with Hammond.
